Refund Policy

At WSJ Renewal (, we occasionally offer complimentary trial periods for our services or products. During these trial periods, your credit card will not be charged. The specific trial dates and durations will be prominently displayed on our website, and advance notifications will be sent to our customers.

If you choose to take advantage of a free trial and decide to continue using our service or product after the trial period (which is a minimum of 1 calendar day), your credit card will be billed the specified amount mentioned during the trial. Please note that no refunds will be issued after this point.

For services billed on a monthly basis through Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB), your credit card will be charged on the anniversary of your initial registration date, and this billing will continue unless you cancel your subscription at least one (1) day before the next billing cycle.

For services with an annual subscription, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be granted after the initial registration.

To maintain uninterrupted access to our services, it’s vital for all customers to keep their payment information up to date. This includes promptly updating credit card details and expiration dates as necessary. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of account services without prior notice.
